  • Assessment and Evaluation Fees will vary depending on the type of evaluation needed (i.e., developmental disability assessment, learning disability assessment, or gifted and talented evaluation).
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, otherwise you will be charged $60 for each missed appointment.
  • Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal check or Visa/MasterCard credit card.
