Description:
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week). Legacy Comprehensive Counseling & Consulting is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to children (ages 3-18) with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. Legacy will also consider applicants seeking an independent contract position of employment. Eligible OT applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and must possess and maintain a current Occupational Therapy license or equivalent in Colorado. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions in a multidisciplinary environment (e.g., sensory motor intervention, handling and positioning, range of motion, and daily living skills), and conduct patient and family education sessions. Unique opportunities available include working with a multidisciplinary team including a psychologist, master level therapists, and a speech-language pathologist.
